Before my dad past from this life to his enteral glorious home a nurse said “you need to make things right with your dad, it’s going to be soon.”
I had the privileged to say with confidence, “I do not need to, we are good.”
Then a few weeks later I was present in His room and held His hand as he passed from this life to the next.
Today I know I am good with God
When I pass from this life I have always kept short tabs with Him and people. Asked for forgiveness from Him and others when prompted to by the Holy Spirit and even when not prompted to and I tried to change so the offense would not happen again… but it does.
I also forgave quickly, a lot before even being asked. This was taught to me at an early age when a bullet to my brother’s head sent him his enteral glorious home.
When standing before the King, All mighty who gives all that is needed to live this life in alignment with God, abundant, joy filled, confidant I will stand alone. These but’s will not be in heaven…. Yes I did that BUT… I behaved that way BUT…. BUT the government… my boss… anything that does not align with God character, nature and promises.
Renewing my mind…aligning with Him, repenting is all….
I have this circumstance … BUT GOD says I overcome
I have this situation … BUT GOD says He will give me knowledge
I am so sad…BUT GOD says to have Joy in Him
I can’t forgive…BUT GOD forgave me
BUT God and His promises … should be my only answer this side of Heaven.
God wants us to walk humbly with Him, by following Jesus’ example, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Not just calling Him Lord but my actions showing it.
This does not mean we are walked on; it means we do out of His love and not our own, Which sometime does not look nice, but it is kind. Nor does it mean I walk on others, because Gods love does not do that.
Jesus – the only door, the only way, the only truth which is the only life.
He wants changing my mind -renewing it. which is repenting.
Knowing He exist? Treating him like He does… talk to Him, pursue to be like Him through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Being like Him, when I am not to make it right with Him
