Water Baptism is a choice
Water baptism is an important step in growing with your walk with God. Baptism is obedience to identify with Christ in being raising from the dead.
Jesus is our example
As He is, so are we in this world. He was water baptized. We are to follow His example in thoughts, words, and actions. You have the mind of Christ. You can have abundant thinking. Which leads to encouraging words. Then you will have benevolent actions.
Obedience
Baptism is a choice, like accepting Christ is a choice. God wants us to choose baptism out of obedience. We accept what Christ has done for us; we receive all that He has for us in that moment. Healing, salvation, and restoration.
Psalms 91 has many promises for you as a believer. I underline those things that are important for me to remember,
Baptism is showing others that we are reconciling our self with God. Baptism does not determine your salvation, your heart aligning with who God is, is what determines your salvation.
Seeing | Hearing | Smell | Taste | Touch
Ask God to show you something about what you are reading. The Holy Spirit can use your senses, surroundings, and people to better understand your reading.
